The Shahani Group was founded by Dada Kishinchand T. Shahani in 1952. He was a well known philanthropist who believed in creating wealth for others more than for himself.

Along with founding some of our group companies, he was instrumental in setting up schools and colleges, hospitals and low cost housing colonies.

Today, the Shahani Group’s various activities are managed by his son, Kishore Shahani, his wife, Maya Shahani and son, Akhil Shahani. Here are a few details about each:
