Cast coated paper is a coated paper with high gloss and absorptivity in which the coating has been allowed to harden or set while in contact with a mirror like polished surface.

Applications : A high gloss paper, it is used to make premium labels and pressure-sensitive self adhesive labelstocks. Higher grammages are used in the greeting card industry.
